Spotted - Cockatiel in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

Lost & Foundangelpenny writes "My mum has just called me to say that they have just found a cockatiel on top of their garden shed (approx 9pm 21/5/10). They tried to coax him down, but failed and he has now flown off.

We are worried as someone is obviously missing him. They said he looks well, so we are hoping he can be reunited with his owners."
